Vermute die Russen werden das nicht wirklich machen müssen oder wollen, weil sie auf das Einkommen nicht verzichten wollen, aber eine Reduktion des Ölexports ist exakt das, was, wie dieses Papier den Leser zu überzeugen sucht, keinesfalls passieren wird.
