Aus Sicht der zuständigen Sicherheitsbehörden scheint scharfe Kritik an israelischer Politik islamistischen Antisemitismus darzustellen, der nicht nur die deutsche öffentliche Sicherheit und Ordnung, sondern sogar (sic!) das Gewaltverbot der UN-Satzung verletzt. Im Folgenden dokumentieren wird die Bescheide auszugsweise, unsere Fragen an die Behörden und deren Antworten darauf. Die Ereignisse um den Berliner Palästina-Kongress sind Ausdruck einer besorgniserregenden Diskursverengung, die im Ausland nur Kopfschütteln oder blankes Entsetzen hervorruft. Berlin galt einst als Hort künstlerischer (und sonstiger) Freiheit, doch nun, so die New York Times, wurde dies „durch Debatten darüber, was über Israel und den Krieg gesagt werden darf und was nicht, auf den Kopf gestellt.“ Auch in Deutschland tätige israelische Intellektuelle und Künstler sehen eine „beispiellose Einschränkung“ der Protest- und Meinungsfreiheit. Der irische Independent, ein weiteres Flagschiff republikanischer Meinungsfreiheit, berichtet konsterniert über das polizeiliche Verbot des Singens irischer Lieder in Gälisch auf einer pro-palästinensischen Demonstration in Berlin, weil sie ja antisemitischen Inhalt haben könnten. Selbst hierzulande fragt sogar die – bekanntlich überaus israelfreundliche – „Welt“, ob „es als normal gelten [sollte], dass es inzwischen zum Usus zu werden scheint, Einreiseverbote gegen Personen zu verhängen, weil man ihre Meinungsäußerungen (!) fürchtet?“⁵⁾

Der chilling effect dieser neuen Verbotssicherheitspolitik ist allenthalben zu spüren. Studierende und Wissenschaftler laufen mit der Schere im Kopf über Universitätscampusse; Medienschaffende überlegen sehr genau, was sie wie schreiben sollen und/oder dürfen; Anwälte lehnen vorsorglich Mandate und/oder Beratung bei (pro-)palästinensischen Veranstaltungen „wegen der Ereignisse in Berlin“ ab. Ist das der liberale Rechtsstaat, als der sich Deutschland zum 75-jährigen Jubiläum des Grundgesetzes präsentieren will?

Für Rechte mit antisemitischen Einstellungen war die Unterstützung von Israel immer die "Get out of jail free"-Karte, siehe Elon Musk ein paar Monate zurück. (Wobei dieser Umstand ihren Antisemitismus vermutlich weiter genährt hat.) Das ist es jetzt doch für einige ein Schritt zu weit und fügt sich direkt an diese "Christ is King"-Debatte um Owens an.

The Yemeni armed forces, based on the support of the beloved Yemeni people and all the free people of the nation, will not hesitate to prepare for broader and stronger stages of escalation until the aggression is stopped and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.

Dass die Emeratis die USA in der Situation nicht mehr frei gewähren lassen, ist natürlich auch als demonstrative Distanzierung für die eigene anti-israelisch eingestellte Bevölkerung gedacht. Aber dass man zum Ziel von Gruppierungen werden könnte, die sich zumindestens auf die Achse des Widerstands berufen, ist denke ich dabei auch eine Sorge.

Von den Beschwerden hier zu schließen, scheint das türkische Boykott des Handels mit Israel wirksam zu sein:
