Dann informiere dich mal.
https://tass.com/politics/1429175
ZitatThe Russian delegation in Istanbul has received from their Ukrainian counterparts a "clearly phrased position," Medinsky said. Kiev’s proposals, he said, will be studied in the near future and reported to the president, and then Moscow will come back with a response.
[...]
Ukrainian proposals
The Ukrainian written proposals include a ban on the production and deployment of weapons of mass destruction, as well as a ban on the deployment of foreign military bases in Ukraine, Medinsky told TASS. He later told reporters that Kiev's position also implies refusal to pursue a return of Crimea and Sevastopol to Ukraine by military force.
Alexander Chaly, a member of the Kiev delegation, said that Ukraine agreed to adopt a neutral and non-nuclear status if it were given security guarantees, which "in content and form should be similar to Article 5" of the North Atlantic Treaty. According to him, the guarantees should envisage military assistance and the establishment of a no-fly area after three days of consultations in order to pursue a diplomatic solution.
The guarantors, according to Kiev, could include permanent members of the UN Security Council (including Russia), as well as Germany, Israel, Italy, Canada, Poland and Turkey. Their guarantees wouldn’t cover Crimea and Donbass, according to the head of the parliamentary faction of Ukraine’s ruling Servant of the People party, David Arakhamiya, who is taking part in the talks.
Kiev also demands that the guarantor countries help Ukraine join the European Union "as soon as possible".
https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/articles/2022/05/5/7344096/
Zitat"Johnson brought two simple messages to Kyiv. The first is that Putin is a war criminal; he should be pressured, not negotiated with. And the second is that even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they are not. We can sign [an agreement] with you [Ukraine], but not with him. Anyway, he will screw everyone over", is how one of Zelenskyy's close associates summed up the essence of Johnson's visit.

https://www.politico.eu/articl…ad-ukraine-dmytro-kuleba/
ZitatSitting at a table in a small train compartment in Ukraine, the minister said that NATO countries must “begin the production of necessary weapons today.”
If this does not happen, he cautioned, “we won’t be able to win — as simple as that.”
[...]
“The last time I attended [a] NATO ministerial, I came with three words: weapons, weapons, and weapons,” Kuleba recalled. “This time, while this request remains absolutely acute, I will specify it by saying that we need air defense, tanks and production lines.”

https://www.nato.int/kosovo/press/p990525b.htm
ZitatQuestion (Norwegian News Agency): I am sorry Jamie but if you say that the Army has a lot of back-up generators, why are you depriving 70% of the country of not only electricity, but also water supply, if he has so much back-up electricity that he can use because you say you are only targeting military targets?
Jamie Shea : Yes, I'm afraid electricity also drives command and control systems. If President Milosevic really wants all of his population to have water and electricity all he has to do is accept NATO's five conditions and we will stop this campaign. But as long as he doesn't do so we will continue to attack those targets which provide the electricity for his armed forces. If that has civilian consequences, it's for him to deal with but that water, that electricity is turned back on for the people of Serbia. Unfortunately it has been turned off for good or at least for a long, long time for all of those 1.6 million Kosovar Albanians who have been driven from their homes and who have suffered, not inconvenience, but suffered in many cases permanent damage to their lives. Now that may not be a distinction that everybody likes but for me that distinction is fundamental.

ZitatThe time of Ukrainian victory shall come. And then…
The reconstruction of our country will become the most momentous economic, technological, and humanitarian project of our time.
Even now, we engage dozens of our partner countries to rebuild Ukraine.
The total volume of work amounts to over a trillion dollars.
[...]
In 2030, Ukrainian reconstruction will have already shown a significant part of the projected results, and Ukraine will be the country to demonstrate what humanity is capable of when all peoples cooperate for peace and security, for development, and a more comfortable future for all.
And this is, by the way, a fundamental meaning behind the World’s Fairs.
So, the reality of our country and the spirit of the World’s Fairs will ally. Specifically in Ukraine, specifically in 2030.
Even now, we have already proved that the Black Sea region is one of the key guarantors of the world’s stability.
Our Odesa is that big port that ensures the social well-being of dozens of countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe.
This year, we have proved it with our Grain Export Initiative.
We will solidify it with another international humanitarian project “Grain From Ukraine”. It will help recover food security in the poorest countries that are balancing at the edge of famine and destabilization – Ethiopia, Somalia, Yemen, and others. These and many other countries will be widely aware of why Odesa and the Black Sea are so significant. We will save millions of people – Odesa will save millions of people thanks to the work of its ports.
We are already integrating Ukraine into the European Union. We have already become a part of the EU Single Market. We will become a part of the EU institutions. We have already joined the EU Single Energy System. We will become those whose potential in “green” energy will replace dirty Russian fossil fuel for Europe. We have already helped Europe to overcome many internal controversies and actually unite – unite in its actions. Enhanced by Ukraine, Europe will become a truly independent and really solid global player.
2030 is the time when we will be able to celebrate it. To celebrate it together with all Europeans.

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/1…s-buryats-intl/index.html
ZitatPope Francis has described two of Russia’s ethnic minority groups, the Chechens and Buryats, as some of the “cruelest” troops fighting in Ukraine.
The pontiff was speaking in an interview with a Jesuit magazine, America, which was published on Monday but took place on November 22, according to the outlet.
“The cruelest are perhaps those who are of Russia but are not of the Russian tradition, such as the Chechens, the Buryats and so on,” he said. “I speak of a people who are martyred. If you have a martyred people, you have someone who martyrs them.”
ZitatIn June, the Pope described the war as Russian “expansionism and imperialism,” and in May urged Kirill not to “become Putin’s altar boy.”
https://www.theguardian.com/wo…africas-poorest-countries
ZitatIn a move that challenges the Russian narrative that the west’s response to its war on Ukraine has aggravated pre-existing food shortages in Africa, Zelenskiy said ships moving out of the Ukrainian port of Odesa can reach humanitarian hotspots such as Sudan, Yemen and Somalia, but only so long as international funding comes forward to subsidise the grain.
